- Starting Vol. 1 No. 1 (March 2016), JPDI received manuscripts both in Indonesian and English.
- For Vol. 1 No. 1 (March 2016) until Vol. 2 No. 1 (March 2017), Number of articles published in JPDI are 4 articles per issue.
- Starting Vol. 2 No. 2 (September 2017), Number of articles published in JPDI are 5 articles per issue.
- Starting Vol. 4 No. 1 (March 2019), JPDI revises the manuscript template to enrich the metadata of the article in the manuscript.
