Ownership
The JETL (Journal of Education, Teaching and Learning) is owned and published by Institute of Managing and Publishing of Scientific Journals STKIP Singkawang. The journal is managed under the institutional authority of STKIP Singkawang.
Management
The journal is managed by an editorial team consisting of the Editor-in-Chief, editorial board members, and other editorial personnel. The editorial team is responsible for managing the journal's publication process, including manuscript screening, peer review coordination, editorial decisions, publication ethics, and the dissemination of published articles.
Editorial Independence
The publisher provides administrative and institutional support for the journal.
