Forgiveness Therapy Sebagai Salah Satu Intervensi Terapeutik Dalam Konseling

Abstract


Perasaan sakit dan memudarnya kepercayaan dalam hubungan interpersonal memiliki prevalensi yang tinggi dan berhubungan erat dengan permasalahan keberfungsian psikologis. Banyak penelitian yang berupaya menggambarkan peran forgiveness therapy dalam memulihkan kesehatan psikologis individu yang mengalami berbagai jenis luka, kekerasan, dan pengalaman-pengalaman traumatis lainnya. Artikel ini berupaya mengeksplorasi forgiveness therapy sebagai salah satu bentuk intervensi terapeutik yang dapat digunakan dalam konseling. Penulis mengkaji konsep, model forgiveness therapy, dan penerapannya dalam konseling. Penelitian sebelumnya tentang penerapan forgiveness therapy dalam konseling juga dikaji.
