Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Internasional (JIMI) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (May and November) by the Institute of Managing and Publishing of Scientific Journals, STKIP Singkawang. JIMI aims to publish original works that contribute theoretically in areas of Pure Management Science such as Marketing Management, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Operations Management, Human Resources Management, Knowledge Management, e-Business, Control Systems Management, Management Information Systems, Management & International Business.

JIMI is committed to providing perspectives from developing countries such as Indonesia and other developing countries. JIMI aims to contribute knowledge and empirical insights to a wide audience, which add to the understanding, discussion of management professionals and academics around the world.

JIMI invites potential authors to produce research of high quality, grounded in theory and with high methodological rigor. Effective conceptual contributions will be considered in the journal's editorial process. To be published in JIMI, authors must adhere to high research standards and contribute to theory in the field of Management science, regardless of whether the level of analysis is individual, organizational, regional, or country.
